Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey lean
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 corn tortillas small
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup tomato diced
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water to the skillet, stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the turkey mixture to each tortilla, then top with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.

Turkey tacos? Why not just use beef?? I feel like they taste better. But, I guess this is a healthier option if that’s what ya want.
