Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- onion small, diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp thyme dried
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth low-sodium
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the asparagus pieces to the skillet and season with dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.
