Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2.Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
3.Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
4.Add the asparagus pieces to the skillet and season with dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5.Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine all the ingredients.
6.Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.
7.Serve the turkey and asparagus skillet hot and enjoy!
