
Refreshingly tangy tamarind lemonade with a hint of fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients
- 2 cups tamarind paste
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup lemon juice fresh
- 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped, fresh
- ice cubes for serving
- mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the tamarind paste, sugar, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and chopped mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tamarind lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
