Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water as needed for consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Gradually add water, a few tablespoons at a time, whisking until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Season with salt to taste.
