Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the asparagus and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, until tender.
  • Stir in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional sauce if desired.

    I dont get it. The shrimp was rubbery. I think I cooked it too long or somethin. Asparagus was good tho.
