Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, and garlic.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined and transfer them into a baking dish.
