Ingredients

1 whole fish, cleaned and scaled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.
3.In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt to make a spice paste.
4.Rub the spice paste all over the fish, including the cuts.
5.Place the sliced lemon inside the cavity of the fish.
6.Transfer the fish to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7.Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
