Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme chopped, fresh
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chops with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle the chopped fresh thyme over the pork chops and garlic.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
