Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage can be spicy or mild based on preference
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese sharp or mild, as preferred
  • 2 cups biscuit mix such as Bisquick

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden and cooked through.
