A delicious and easy one-pan meal made with sausage and bell peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sausage links sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
