Sausage and Bell Pepper Egg Scramble
A delicious and filling breakfast scramble made with sausage and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces sausage sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.
- Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
