A healthy and delicious recipe combining salmon and broccoli.
2 salmon fillets | |
2 cups broccoli florets | |
1 tablespoon olive oil | |
1 tablespoon lemon juice | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). |
2. | Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. |
3. | In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. |
4. | Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture. |
5. | Spread the broccoli florets around the salmon on the baking sheet. |
6. | Drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over the broccoli. |
7. | Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender. |
