Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary chopped, fresh

Instructions
