Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium zucchinis sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Spread the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet.
