Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Spread the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the seeds and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the salt and paprika (if using) over the seeds, and toss to distribute.
  • Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are golden brown and crispy.
