A delightful and easy-to-make Radish and Avocado Toast with Chili Flakes, perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread preferably whole grain or sourdough
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 3 slices radish thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes to taste
  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste
  • 1 drizzle olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 cup creamy cheese

Instructions
 

  • Toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Spread creamy cheese evenly over the toasted bread. Add avocado slices.
  • Arrange the radish slices on top of the avocado.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes and sea salt over the radishes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.

      Totally agree! That crunch is just the best. I usually add some lemon juice too, gives it a nice zing.

      Sounds good but I substituted radish for cucumber once. Still great, just a bit less crunchy. What’s with the cheese though? Seems weird on toast.
