Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 4 eggs large,
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a 9-inch (23cm) pie dish and crimp the edges.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
