Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 9-inch pie crust unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving.
