Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs at room temperature, large
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
