Ingredients

1 pound pork shoulder, diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small cabbage, shredded
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2.Add the diced pork shoulder and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.
3.In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
4.Add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is wilted and potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
5.Return the cooked pork to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until flavors are well combined. Serve hot.

A delicious and hearty hash made with pork and cabbage.
