Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 eggs large
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest freshly grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add in the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
