Ingredients
  

  • 500 g plums pitted and sliced
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g butter cold and cut into cubes
  • 50 g sliced almonds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, combine the sliced plums with 50 grams of sugar and the cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and the remaining sugar. Add the cold butter cubes and rub them into the flour mixture using your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Place the plum mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the plums and top with sliced almonds.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
