Start your day with a delicious and nutritious bowl of Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup peach slices fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • sliced peaches Optional topping

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats and almond milk.
  • Add the peach slices, mango chunks, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional peach slices, mango chunks, and shredded coconut if desired.
  • Enjoy your Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats!
