Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese approximately 8 ounces
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or to taste
  • 2 Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the puff pastry sheet and place the wheel of brie in the center. Spread honey on top of the brie.
  • Cut strips from the pastry and wrap around the brie to create a ‘mummy’ look, leaving space for eyes.
  • Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before placing candy eyes in place.
