Ingredients
- 500 grams Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
