Olive Puffs are delectable bite-sized appetizers featuring a savory olive center wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Perfect for parties or as a delicious snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces green olives pitted
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 small squares.
  • Place one olive in the center of each puff pastry square and wrap the pastry around the olive, pinching the ends to seal.
  • Place the wrapped olives on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Olive Puffs!
