Ingredients
- 12 pieces green olives pitted
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 small squares.
- Place one olive in the center of each puff pastry square and wrap the pastry around the olive, pinching the ends to seal.
- Place the wrapped olives on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Olive Puffs!
