Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 1 cup water filtered
- 5 pieces lemons zested
- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, forming a simple syrup.
- Combine the lemon zest with the prepared simple syrup in a large jar or bowl. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the simple syrup mixture and stir well.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the lemon zest.
- Refrigerate the non-alcoholic limoncello until chilled before serving.

I dunno… I followed the recipe but mine turned out way too sweet. I think you need to add less sugar maybe?
