Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts moth beans, lentils), mung beans
  • onion small, finely chopped
  • tomato small, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mixed sprouts thoroughly and soak them in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Drain the soaked sprouts and rinse them again with water.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder to taste. Mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve the mixed sprout salad chilled and enjoy!
