A delightful and fun treat perfect for Halloween or themed parties. This Matcha Green Pudding is not only visually intriguing but also delicious with a subtle matcha flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk whole or any preferred milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter optional, for richness

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and matcha powder.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and butter until smooth.
  • Pour the pudding into cups and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your Matcha Green Slime Pudding Cups!
