4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts | |
1/4 cup dijon mustard | |
1/4 cup honey | |
2 tablespoons olive oil | |
1 teaspoon garlic powder | |
1 teaspoon paprika | |
1/2 teaspoon salt | |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper | |
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) |
1. | Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). |
2. | In a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. |
3. | Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. |
4. | Brush the honey mustard glaze all over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them evenly. |
5. | Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. |
6. | Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. |
7. | Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. |
8. | Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm. |
