Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
2.Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired.
4.Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
5.Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
