Delicious and flavorful herb-marinated grilled shrimp recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined, large
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil chopped fresh
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped fresh
- 1 tsp thyme chopped fresh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
