Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  • Drizzle the remaining soy sauce mixture over the salad and toss to combine.

Nah, I don’t think this sounded right. Broccoli and beef in a salad? That’s just weird. Not for me, thanks.

Beef in a salad? That’s just wrong. Salads are for lettuce, not meat. Idk who made this up, but nah.

Wow, who knew broccoli and beef could go together like this? Made it for a barbecue and my friends loved it!

Broccoli and beef? Isn’t that a weird mix? I dunno, I usually eat them separate. Not sure about this.

I gotta try this! Sounds delicious, especially with the peanuts. Thanks for sharing!

OK so, I tried using chicken instead of beef and it turned out alright. But I think I messed up the cooking time. It was kinda chewy. Stick to beef in future!

Using chicken instead of beef? That’s brave! But yeah, beef definitely gives a better flavor. Better luck next time!

Took me a while to get the grill right, but once I did, it was really nice! Beef was juicy!

Grilled?? That don’t sound right. Broccoli with beef? Who puts that on the grill? I’m not sold.

I think it could use a little more honey; it was pretty strong. Not sure if I’ll make it again.

I made this for my family, and everyone loved it! 👍 Quick and filling. Wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe add cheese? lol!

Honestly, I’m not a fan of beef, but my boyfriend loved it. So, I guess it works? 🤷‍♀️

  9. 4 stars
I thought the honey would be too sweet, but it worked perfectly! However, I think there was too much soy sauce for my taste, making it kinda salty.

I didn’t like this at all. The soy sauce was too salty for my taste. Maybe less next time?

I appreciate your feedback! Maybe try using low-sodium soy sauce next time? It could be a game changer!
