Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
- 1 cup self-rising flour plus extra for dusting
- 1 teaspoon baking powder if using all-purpose flour instead of self-rising
- 1 tablespoon protein powder optional, any flavor
- 1 tablespoon egg wash beaten egg for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder (if needed), and protein powder until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into equal parts. Roll each part into a thick rope and shape it into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
