Ingredients

2 cans of tuna, drained
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.Serve chilled and enjoy!
