2 cans of tuna, drained | |
1 cucumber, diced | |
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved | |
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced | |
1/3 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted | |
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled | |
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped | |
1/4 cup of olive oil | |
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley. |
2. | In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. |
