A refreshing and flavorful Greek-style tuna salad with a medley of ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
