Ingredients

1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2.Add prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
3.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4.Thread prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
5.Serve hot with lemon wedges.
