Ingredients
- strawberries (amount to taste)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla extract
- condensed milk (amount to taste)
Instructions
- Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of Mexican vanilla extract.
- Add condensed milk to taste. Adjust the quantity based on your desired sweetness.
- Blend or mix the chopped strawberries with the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Place cupcake liners into a cupcake pan.
- Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners, filling each one.
- Freeze for 2 hours, or until the mixture is set.
- Remove the bites from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.

Not worth the effort. I thought it was gonna be like real cheesecake but it ainβt. Meh.

Do you have to freeze them? I donβt have a freezer space, can I just refrigerate?
