Deliciously spooky brownies topped with cute marshmallow ghosts, perfect for a Halloween treat!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 tube black icing gel for decorating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately place a marshmallow on top of each brownie. Allow them to cool completely.
- Once cooled, use the black icing gel to draw ghost faces on the marshmallows.
- Serve and enjoy your ghost marshmallow brownies!
