Fruit Chaat
A refreshing and healthy fruit salad, perfect for a summer day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups fruits grapes, oranges, pineapple, and pomegranate), chopped, such as apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp mint leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped fresh
- 1 tbsp peanuts roasted, chopped
- 1 tbsp almonds chopped
- 1 tbsp cashews chopped roasted
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fruits and lemon juice.
- Add the chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well to coat the fruits evenly.
- Add the chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, chopped roasted peanuts, chopped roasted almonds, and chopped roasted cashews. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve the fruit chaat immediately and enjoy!
