A delicious omelette filled with fried chicken and vegetables.
4 chicken breasts | |
1 red bell pepper | |
1 green bell pepper | |
1 onion | |
6 eggs | |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
Olive oil |
1. | Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. |
2. | Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. |
3. | In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened. |
4. | Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. |
5. | Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the vegetables. Cook until the edges start to set. |
6. | Add the fried chicken on top of the omelette. |
7. | Flip one half of the omelette over the chicken and press down gently. |
8. | Cook for another minute until the omelette is fully set and golden brown. |
9. | Remove from the pan and serve hot. Enjoy! |
