1 medium head cauliflower | |
1 cup all-purpose flour | |
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk | |
1 tsp garlic powder | |
1 tsp paprika | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1/4 tsp black pepper | |
1/2 cup hot sauce | |
2 tbsp vegan butter, melted |
1. | Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). |
2. | Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. |
3. | In a bowl, whisk together the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. |
4. | Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. |
5. | Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower bites are golden and crispy. |
6. | Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted vegan butter. |
7. | Once the cauliflower bites are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly. |
