Refreshing and festive homemade firecracker popsicles perfect for celebrating summer holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced, fresh
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill each popsicle mold one-third of the way with the strawberry mixture.
  • Add a few blueberries to each mold.
  • Fill the molds another third of the way with vanilla yogurt.
  • Add more blueberries.
  • Top off each mold with the remaining strawberry mixture.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • To remove popsicles from molds, run under warm water for a few seconds.

    A bit too much work for something that just ends up melting. Maybe just go buy store ones!

    I followed the recipe but my popsicles turned out too sweet. Maybe cut the honey a little? Not bad, just a bit much for me.

    Not good… they didn’t freeze well and just ended up a mushy mess. Not impressed.

      I had a similar experience! They fell apart for me too. Might be something with the yogurt? Not sure.
