Easy Lemon Cake – by Robbin Annette Gavron
Ingredients
- One Yellow Cake Mix
- One small package of lemon jello
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cups of powered sugar
Instructions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients.
- Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been oiled and floured.
- Bake as directed on the cake mix box.
- Once the cake is done, let it cool for a bit.
- Poke holes in the cake.
- Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar together.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the cake evenly.
- Let the cake cool completely and enjoy.
