Ingredients
- 6 eggs large
- 1/4 cup milk any type
- 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheese shredded, any type
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, spinach, onions, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
