- 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating
- 2 eggs large, beaten
- 1 tsp salt as needed
- 0.5 tsp black pepper as needed
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder as needed
- 0.5 tsp paprika as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, place the flour. In a second shallow dish, place the beaten eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine the crushed cornflakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the cornflake mixture.
- Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
