Cranberry brie bites are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and creamy, wrapped up in a bite-sized appetizer that’s as elegant as it is effortless. Made with buttery puff pastry, creamy brie cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce, these little bites are always a hit at holiday gatherings, parties, or as a festive snack.
The magic begins with flaky puff pastry, cut into small squares and pressed into mini muffin tins to form golden, crispy cups. Inside each cup, a cube of brie melts into a luscious, creamy center as it bakes. A spoonful of cranberry sauce adds a sweet-tart contrast that perfectly balances the richness of the cheese. Some versions elevate the flavor even more with a sprinkle of chopped rosemary, thyme, or toasted pecans for a touch of earthiness and crunch.
As they bake, the pastry puffs up beautifully, turning golden and crisp, while the brie becomes gooey and melty, mingling with the cranberry sauce to create an irresistible bite. The result is a perfect harmony of textures, crisp, creamy, and jammy, with flavors that feel festive and indulgent.
Cranberry brie bites are incredibly versatile. They make a beautiful addition to a charcuterie board, can be served as a starter for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, or offered as an elegant party appetizer. They come together quickly and look impressive without requiring much effort.
Pair them with a glass of sparkling wine, Prosecco, rosé, or a crisp cider. The bubbles and acidity complement the richness of the brie and the tartness of the cranberry perfectly.
Simple yet sophisticated, cranberry brie bites are a crowd-pleasing appetizer that captures the cozy, festive spirit of the season in just one delicious bite.

I don’t know, they just didn’t taste as good as I thought they would. Maybe I did something wrong?
I totally get that! These bites can be tricky if the phyllo doesn’t bake right. Did you make sure to watch the baking time closely? Sometimes little things can make a big difference.
Maybe your brie was too aged or something? Just a thought, my friend. Brie can vary a lot in flavor. But don’t worry too much about it; they are still fancy! 🤷♂️
These bites are AMAZING! I made them for a dinner party and everyone loved them. Will definitely make again! 🍴
They didn’t turn out right for me. The phyllo was soggy. Maybe I did something wrong?
Cranberry and cheese? Yummy! But I don’t trust phyllo pastry. Too many layers.

I wasn’t sure about the combo of cranberry and brie, but it actually works! Great recipe.
Delish! I added some cinnamon to the cranberry sauce, and it was a game changer!
Yum! I’ll be making these again for Thanksgiving! 😍
These sound amazing! Perfect for the holidays! 🤤
Too much work for such a simple snack. Just buy them ready-made!
Is it possible to use cheddar instead of Brie? Not a fan of Brie.
Cheddar should work! It’ll have a different flavor but it’s cheese so I say go for it!
The walnuts were an awesome touch! I did not use honey. Perfect appetizer!
Is it really worth making these? They kinda look complicated.
These are so tasty! Made them for a party, and they disappeared fast! Everyone loved them.
