A delicious and healthy cod and cabbage sauté dish.
2 cod fillets | |
1 onion, thinly sliced | |
2 cloves of garlic, minced | |
1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced | |
1 teaspoon dried thyme | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1. | Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. |
2. | Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. |
3. | Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened. |
4. | Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted. |
5. | Move the cabbage mixture to the sides of the skillet and place the cod fillets in the center. |
6. | Cook the cod fillets for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. |
7. | Serve the cod and cabbage sauté hot. |
