2 cups shredded cabbage | |
1/2 cup shredded coconut | |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro | |
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves | |
1/4 cup chopped peanuts | |
2 tablespoons lime juice | |
2 tablespoons soy sauce | |
1 tablespoon honey | |
1 tablespoon sesame oil | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded coconut, chopped cilantro, chopped mint leaves, and chopped peanuts. |
2. | In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. |
3. | Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. |
