Ingredients

2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded coconut, chopped cilantro, chopped mint leaves, and chopped peanuts.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
3.Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
4.Serve immediately and enjoy!
