Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings split into drumettes and flats if desired
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the marinated wings on the prepared rack in a single layer.
