1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced | |
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce | |
2 tablespoons soy sauce | |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar | |
1 tablespoon honey | |
1 teaspoon sesame oil | |
1 teaspoon grated ginger | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes | |
8 large lettuce leaves | |
1/4 cup chopped green onions | |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro | |
1/4 cup chopped peanuts | |

1. | In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. |
