Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 large lettuce leaves
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3.Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
4.To assemble the lettuce wraps, place a scoop of the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with chopped green onions, cilantro, chopped peanuts, and a squeeze of lime.
5.Serve immediately and enjoy!
