Crispy and delicious chicken strips that are perfect as a snack or part of a meal. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip chicken strips into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken strips in batches for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken strips and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

      I totally get what you mean! Sometimes it really depends on the oil heat and how long they fry. Maybe try lowering the heat next time?
